LAURA
Laura, moved to Bend and quickly started to miss Tex-Mex and all of the strong flavors that are so prevalent in Houston! Laura knows the secrets of perfecting breakfast tacos through and through.
In 2025, Laura decided to ditch her 9-5 to nourish her soul, and her community. Hence, the Wandering Ranchero was born ✌︎︎ She’s the driving force behind the most tasty breakfast tacos in Bend Oregon.
WILL
Will grew up in Bend, and his known for his many talents. One of them being an exceptional chef. He has a longstanding history in the food and beverage industry and he’s cooked in the many local favorite joints.
When he’s not perfecting carne asada, you can find him ripping down backcountry lines with clients, or documenting the joys and pains of skiing and snowboarding behind the camera.
THE TEAM
We’re so lucky to have found people to work with us who genuinely want to be here, and make the food with the same care and passion, as we do.
With our expanded team, we’re now able to keep slinging tacos seven days a week to keep our community nourished and happy.
